I would like to thank the medical staff of SANA clinic, where my wife Mrs. Galina Volgova was successfully operated twice – in February and October 2014 on the occasion of hip joint replacement. I have heard that sports medicine in Germany is developed better than in Russia, so I asked the RheinRegio Klinik Zentrum and went through it for treatment in the clinical complex “Sana”. I needed to carry out the operations on the knee joints of both legs. The employees of RheinRegio Klinik Zentrum met me at the airport, provide an interpreter, they took care of all the organizational issues and to arranged everything in the clinic. there were two complex operations and rehabilitation. I have received further advices and went home. Now I feel good and have already started the training. Thank you for my legs and for my normal life!

Thank you very much! You have given back me the vision. I had a problem with the cornea of the right eye. It caused a terrible pain. It was necessary to do the operation. I called the RheinRegio Klinik Zentrum. They maneged to quickly solve all issues with documents and invited me to Dusseldorf. The car was waiting at the airport, I was taken right to the hospital. Preliminary survey took two days, the lens was implanted in my eye and the pain ceased. I want to mention the staff of the clinic. Everything is clean, neat, eye drops dripping 4 times a day, a nurse smiling, trying to use the Russian words, because I don‘t understand German. The employees of the RheinRegioKlinik Zentrum decide the serious issues with the doctors, and then they tell me all. And the fear that I had at the beginning, disappeared. The operation is done, the next day the bandage was taken off, nothing hurts and I see normally. Before leaving, I asked the guys from RheinRegio Klinik Zentrum, so they took me to Cologne, I was able to look at the Cologne Cathedral with my own eyes. So I want to say thank you and advise people not to be afraid to contact the RheinRegio Klinik Zentrum, there you will surely get help.

I would like to thank Mr. Richard Itamoff for the organization and support of medical examination of my mother (71 years old, oncology) in the clinic in Dusseldorf. Despite the lack of language skills and the natural excitement we felt us comfortable throughout the whole trip – from a meeting at the airport and until the checkout from the hotel on the day of departure. And thanks to Mr. Richard, who is literally embraced us with his care! Cancer screening and all procedures were done quickly and efficiently! Mr. Itamoff anticipated all our questions and was benevolent, friendly and attractive person! I got in an accident in February 2013. The impact was almost frontal, with overlap of about 30 percent. I do not remember how the accident occurred, I hit my head on the doorway. Calcaneus of the right leg got major damage, it was multifragmental fracture with displacement. After visiting two hospitals in Russia, I decided to go to Germany for treatment at the clinic SANA. Arrived at Dusseldorf airport we were met by Richard Itamoff. We quickly got to the hospital, they put me in the emergency room. Physician Dr. Schmitz arrived soon. I was examined, X-rayed, taken for a blood test. The doctor described how the operation will be carried out, from wich the bone will be cut off, where the bone will be inserted, as it will be attached to the bone plate. I am particularly pleased that the doctor brought the layout of the foot and demonstrated me how should look the calcaneus. The operation was made 5 days after the arrival, the doctors expected reduction of the tumor. There were no complications after the operation, I flew home after 8 days. The second visit to the clinic in two months was associated with the removal of metal constructions. Everything went perfectly. Many thanks to Dr. Schmitz. During my stay in Germany, Mr Richard Itamoff gave me invaluable support and assistance and translated into Russian. A little more would have been such helpful people. Thank you very much, Richard!
