Preventive diagnostics in Germany
Timely regular comprehensive health survey – the most effective method of disease prevention, preservation health and ability to work disability as well as saving time and money.
The survey focused on health monitoring (the so-called “check-up” – preventive diagnostics) combines early diagnostics and prevention of deseases. Vascular and tumor diseases are the most frequent cause of early death or prolonged disability. The modern medical imaging techniques allow not only to reveal the risk factors, but also accurately and noninvasively identify vascular and tumor diseases at an early stage.
Innovative methods of diagnosis:
- (Nuclear) magnetic resonance imaging (MPI / NMRI) and computer tomography (CT) produce accurate three-dimensional images of human blood vessels and organs in order to find areas of narrowing and blockage of the arteries of the body in all planes
- Positron Emission Tomography – Computed Tomography (PET/CT) is able to recognize a potential tumor process in the early stage of development and accurately localize it
