Before Patient Discharge
Before discharge, a thorough discussion is held with the treating doctor, during which the results of the treatment are reviewed in detail. During this meeting, the patient receives a comprehensive medical report that includes:
- Description of the diagnosis and treatment methods
- Results of all tests and examinations
- Recommendations for further treatment and rehabilitation
After Patient Discharge
After discharge, we continue to support patients by providing the following services:
- Organizing follow-up examinations: To assess the progress of treatment and the patient’s health condition, we assist in organizing subsequent follow-up exams in Germany. These can be either remote consultations or in-person visits with specialists.
- Consultations for further treatment: If the patient requires additional treatment or rehabilitation, we facilitate communication with doctors and help organize all necessary procedures, including visit scheduling and test collection.
- Delivery of medications and medical supplies: We can assist in delivering the prescribed medications and medical supplies needed for outpatient treatment. This ensures that the patient receives everything necessary for maintaining health and recovery according to the doctor’s orders.
