      • Follicular lymphoma
      • Mantle cell
    • T cell:

      • Anaplastic large cell

    Ann Arbor Stages

    • I: Lesion of 1 group of lymph nodes
    • III: On both sides of the diaphragm
    • IV: Bone marrow/other organ involvement

Example: Stage II DLBCL with extranodal involvement of the stomach.

    Treatment methods non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma

    1. Chemotherapy

    • R-CHOP (rituximab + cyclophosphamide) – gold standard for DLBCL
    • Bendamustine + rituximab – for follicular lymphomas

    2. Targeted therapy

    • Ibrutinib (for mantle cell lymphoma)
    • Polatuzumab vedotin (CD79b-targeted)

    3. Immunotherapy

    • CAR-T cells (tisagenlecleucel for refractory forms)
    • Bispecific antibodies (blinatumomab)

    4. Radiation therapy

    • IFRT (for local lesions)

    Survival prognosis

    • Aggressive NHL: 5-year survival rate 60-70%
    • Indolent forms: median 8-10 years
    • Recurrent cases: 40% response to CAR-T

    Risk factors:

    • High IPI (International Prognostic Index)
